Ichthux is a Linux distribution, probably created for use in a church environment. However, despite its Christian origins, its main feature is the presence of the BibleTime program, which allows you to read the Bible in various languages, including Russian. Otherwise, the distribution doesn't offer any significant religious or ecclesiastical features.

We couldn't get this device to work on the first try, so we used trial and error to test its functionality. In the process, we found out that certain parameters need to be set in the VirtualBox settings.

When selecting the language option on the screen, be sure to enter the command knoppix lang=ru. Please note that the equal sign = is entered using the keyboard shortcut Shift + 0. This is important for the correct display of the interface in Russian.

When the operating system finally loaded, the KDE 3 desktop appeared on the screen with a wallpaper consisting of a collage of various logos. The Russian localization left much to be desired, and the maximum screen resolution was only 1024x768 pixels. The picture was completed by a strange, highly reverberant voice, which was trying to pronounce something in an incomprehensible version of English.

Disclaimer: It is not recommended to attempt to install this distribution. We encountered difficulties installing it on both a SATA drive and a USB drive. Usage is only available in live mode.
