Meeting a stranger at a bar without professional IT skills can lead to conflict. In my opinion, until more women enter the IT industry, sexism will continue to exist. The solution to this problem is only possible with the active participation of women in this area.

How to Break the Glass Ceiling

The IT industry offers many benefits, including high stability and a competitive salary, but success will require significant effort and hard work. Entering this field requires persistence, a willingness to learn, and continuous development. Only then will you be able to secure the position you desire and feel confident about the future.

It's not only in IT that hard work and dedication are required. If I decide to become an accountant, I will also need to put in the effort. It all depends on the time and mental resources you are willing to invest in your education. Success in any profession requires constant development and self-improvement.
