  • Self-actualization. In my understanding, this is most often the desire to be recognized: "My competencies are relevant, I am in demand." That is, a person strives to respond to the challenges of the time, realize their potential, be useful and needed.

Working on self-actualization is one of the most difficult processes, since it is difficult to determine the desired result. Focusing solely on external demands and trends, such as the popularity of professions like programming, can easily lead to losing sight of one's own interests and values. This can lead to a chosen path not aligned with one's inner aspirations, which ultimately negatively impacts motivation and life satisfaction. It's important to find a balance between external demands and internal desires to achieve harmony and realize one's potential. The solution lies in providing students with a comprehensive understanding of current global events, including politics, economics, technology, and culture. It's important to help them understand their place in this complex picture and align their skills and knowledge with market needs. Students should understand how they can contribute to society and what additional knowledge they need to acquire to become both happy and sought-after professionals. This approach promotes the development of not only professional competencies, but also personal growth.

  • Remind students of the importance of a daily routine. Physical activity, limited information consumption, and healthy sleep are not trivial nonsense, but truly important conditions for relaxing the brain. This helps it cope with tasks.

It is also necessary to convey to students that submitting all assignments on the last evening before the test makes it more difficult for others to work and may negatively affect the quality of the check.

Reading is an important aspect of personal and professional growth. Not only does it broaden your horizons, but it also develops critical thinking and creativity. By immersing yourself in various genres and topics, you enrich your vocabulary and improve your writing skills. Reading also helps improve concentration and memory, which is especially important in today's fast-paced world with constant distractions. Over time, students began to recognize the value of this resource and began using it more actively.

Organization plays a key role, especially when creating assignment instructions. Creating structured and clear instructions can be challenging, but it's worth striving for. The more effort you put into this process, the better the end result will be for the student. It's recommended to use tools like ChatGPT to practice formulating queries and analyze which formulations lead to the most accurate and useful answers. This will help improve learning effectiveness and engagement with learning materials.
