The question of whether it's possible to make one's homeland more open and peaceful without experiencing life elsewhere is a relevant and multifaceted one. Openness and peacefulness often depend on understanding and respect for other cultures and views. Even if a person hasn't had the opportunity to travel or live in other countries, they can expand their horizons through education, reading, communication, and the use of modern technology. Studying world traditions, history, and philosophy will help develop a broader outlook on life. Communicating with people from different cultures, even virtually, fosters empathy and understanding. It's important to strive for dialogue and exchange of opinions, which can lead to the creation of a more harmonious society.

For the next five years, we have no other options besides the Palace of Culture. Municipal authorities have begun to actively use positive codes and grants, which creates the preconditions for cultural development. All that remains is for us to actively participate in events and appreciate the cultural events taking place in our surroundings. Zheleznogorsk lacks a clear sense of corporate identity, leading to a haphazard selection of visual language for events. This opens up unique opportunities for creative solutions, but the cultural gap between the region and Moscow remains palpable. Having a unified style will help improve the perception of events and strengthen cultural ties, which, in turn, will make them more appealing to a wider audience.
