In the end, despite our inexperience, the result was quite good, although now I realize that we could have done better. This experience inspired us, and we began accepting small commissions, which became the foundation for our further development in the field of landscape design. College was an excellent starting point for me, providing extensive practical training. After graduating, I continued my studies at Timiryazev University, where they focused on in-depth study of theoretical aspects. This combination of practice and theory allowed me to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in my chosen field. Young landscape designers often face challenges when taking on major projects immediately after graduation. During the process, they may realize that they lack the necessary knowledge and skills, which can lead to project failure. What's important to us is a genuine interest in the profession, as well as basic knowledge that can be immediately assessed in practice. We value creativity and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.

A landscape designer really needs higher education, since it provides not only theoretical knowledge but also forms the correct approach to research. Studying at a university helps develop the ability to work with information sources, as well as understand patterns and trends in the field of design. Personally, I have two higher education degrees: my first is in economics, and I can confidently say that it significantly contributes to my professional work. Combining knowledge of economics and landscape design allows me to more effectively manage projects and make informed decisions. • Don't be afraid to implement your project in practice. Yes, it's cold, hot, and dusty, but only by feeling the materials with your hands and watching a garden emerge and grow from the mud will you understand how you feel about the new space.
• Remember that a garden is a team effort. No construction or plant guides or forums will instill respect for the work of other professionals, and this is essential when you want to go beyond the norm.
• Don't be shy about suggesting ideas and defending your point of view if you're confident, and don't be afraid to redo it if you see a mistake. Much in garden construction is fixable.
• Be yourself: unusual, original, and strange. You don't have to be shocking; a keen sense of nuance is enough.
