Designer Brodie Neill of Design Tasmania uses timber from lakes to create unique furniture. The forest in the Pieman River Valley on the west coast of Tasmania was flooded in the 1980s due to the construction of a hydroelectric dam. Currently, Brodie Neill, a studio located in northeast London, is restoring this timber, turning it into stylish and sophisticated interior pieces.
