Depending on the time of year, Moscow hosts various design competitions aimed at attracting tourists. Participants are invited to develop creative concepts and design stage venues for summer festivals. One of the advantages of Russian competitions is the opportunity to clearly see the results of their work at the awards ceremony, which makes participation especially attractive. Creative Lab

Laboratory participants are given the opportunity to work on improving the tourist attractiveness of Moscow in cooperation with the ANO "Project Office for the Development of Tourism and Hospitality of Moscow". Participants can choose one or several briefs, including: development of an idea and advertising materials for a digital campaign for the New Year holidays in Moscow; creation of a competition concept for the best excursion route; Developing a series of illustrations, photographs, or videos about modern Moscow; as well as creating a design layout for an exhibition stand for international exhibitions. These projects are aimed at attracting tourists and promoting the capital's cultural heritage.

The winners will have the opportunity to share a prize fund of 750 thousand rubles.

Video Congratulations Contest: Celebrating CreativePeople's 20th Anniversary

Signal Art Call

Ivan Polissky, managing partner of the Nikola-Lenivets Art Park, is calling on the architectural community and designers to consider opportunities for mutual support to create a utopian world. Participants can submit their projects in one of three categories: Waterside, aimed at improving the shoreline of the Teplaya Rechka stream, which flows through a promenade of cascading ponds into the Ugra River; Sentients, presenting an installation for receiving messages; or Ghosty, creating an immersive stage for sound designers. The best projects will be awarded grants of 1.5 to 2 million rubles. Participation in this competition is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of contemporary art and architecture.

re:Store Digital Art’23. "Form of Life"

The re:Store store is once again launching a competition for professional and amateur digital artists. This year, the curator and chairman of the jury will be the renowned Russian contemporary artist Andrey Bartenev. The competition is divided into professional and amateur categories, with five nominations in the professional section: "Moment" (still images), "Movement" (video), "Sound Design" (sound works), WEB 3.0 (augmented reality, virtual worlds, and digital fashion), and "Neural Networks" (works created using technology). The amateur category accepts photographs taken with a smartphone. The competition theme is "Form of Life," which opens up broad creative opportunities. The winners will receive certificates from re:Store, and their works will be exhibited at the Ruarts Gallery in Moscow.
