Understanding this concept can aid in personal growth and inner harmonisation.

This field influences our body and consciousness. Its principle of action is based on the fact that the human body is 80% water. According to the concept of "water memory," the structure of water changes under the influence of external factors. Our thoughts not only interact with the body but also shape its state and create an aura surrounding us. If I perceive myself as unworthy of good relationships and constantly repeat this attitude, my body begins to react: tension and stiffness appear. As a result, a corresponding energy field forms around me, and people intuitively perceive this state: "She's cold, it's better not to get close to her." This perception leads to isolation and hinders the formation of deep and meaningful connections. To change this dynamic, you need to become aware of your beliefs and work to transform them, which will allow you to open yourself to warmer and more trusting relationships. To change your thinking and overcome negative beliefs, you need to recognize their impact on your life. The first step is to acknowledge your existing limitations and analyze them. Gradually replace negative thoughts with positive ones, focusing on your capabilities and achievements. Practice affirmations and visualizations to help you reinforce your new belief. It is important to surround yourself with supportive people and avoid negative influences. Regular self-improvement and developing self-reflection skills also contribute to shifts in your consciousness. We continue drawing, connecting the figures in our picture with neurographic lines, which are chaotic and disordered, reflecting our internal feelings. As a result, a network is formed that resembles a map of neural connections. On this map, we discover intersections that form straight lines and sharp angles, which symbolize obstacles in our consciousness. Straight lines and angles contradict natural form, so we must round, smooth, and elongate them to harmonize our inner state and facilitate the flow of energy. Smoothing removes all obstacles in our consciousness, allowing them to dissolve into a single network of perception. We begin to realize that everything around us—money, emotions, the world around us—represents a holistic system that should not be divided. This understanding promotes harmony and unity, allowing us to better perceive reality and find balance in everyday life. After this practice, a number of changes occur in a person. Firstly, an improvement in the psycho-emotional state is observed, which contributes to an increase in energy levels and overall vitality. Secondly, many participants note clarity of thought and improved concentration, which positively impacts their daily activities. Furthermore, the practice can promote a deeper understanding of oneself and one's desires, which aids in making informed decisions. Many also report increased resilience to stress and improved interpersonal relationships, leading to more harmonious communication. As a result, a person not only acquires new skills but also begins to perceive their life and the world around them more consciously.

Anastasia, you are a specialist in art therapy, and neurographics is one of its methods. What is the power of art therapy? Art therapy helps people express their emotions and experiences through the creative process. Neurographics, as a component of this method, allows for the visualization of internal states and their transformation into positive changes. This method promotes self-expression, improves emotional well-being, and facilitates personal development. Art therapy and neurographics can become powerful tools for overcoming stress and finding harmony, which makes them especially relevant in the modern world.

Art therapy is an effective method of working with a person's inner world, their desires and attitudes through visual art. This approach helps develop skills in expressing and recognizing emotions. During art therapy, a participant may begin by creating abstract images and then become aware of their feelings, for example, anger that has been hidden. Accepting such emotions and learning to manage them becomes an important step on the path to self-knowledge. Art therapy is accessible to everyone, even those who have never drawn, making it a versatile tool for personal growth and emotional healing.

Our practice utilizes a variety of creative techniques, most often combining mandala drawing, art therapy, and neurographics. These methods not only promote the development of artistic skills but also a deep exploration of internal states, making the process more effective and harmonious. I came to art therapy through personal experience and a desire to help others. After studying psychology, I realized that art can play an important role in the healing process. By immersing myself in various art therapy methods, I gradually developed my skills and knowledge, allowing me to become an expert in this field. My goal is to use artistic practices to support people in overcoming emotional difficulties and improving their quality of life.

I graduated from a Waldorf school, where education encompasses not only the acquisition of knowledge but also strengthening physical health, developing feelings, and spirituality. The program included classes on drawing shapes, during which we chose an object from the world around us each week and studied it in detail. For example, we drew a cross-section of an apple, paying attention to the seeds, indentations, and unusual lines inside. This activity amazed me with the diversity and beauty of the structure of the objects around us. The Waldorf education system helps develop creative thinking and a deep perception of the world, which is certainly an important aspect of a comprehensive education.

Inspired by natural forms, I decided to become a designer. However, I drew only for myself, in solitude, considering this activity as personal and a way to relax.

I went on a trip to Asia with Smena Station, a community of digital nomads. During this trip, each participant conducted workshops, sharing their skills and experience. I had the opportunity to teach a design lesson, which was a great opportunity to pass on my knowledge and improve the skills of others.

I aimed to avoid boring explanations and used a metaphor to illustrate the meaning of composition: life is a blank sheet of paper on which we ourselves decide where to place emphasis, add dynamics, or keep it static. As a practical task, I proposed creating a new life through photography. Each participant took photographs and realized they could look at the composition of their lives from different perspectives and make changes.

The response was significant, and I decided to combine all the techniques I learned at university to create a meditative course on self-development. Along the way, I delved into art therapy, anthroposophical painting, and neurographics, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and approaches to self-knowledge. These methods help not only to reveal inner potential, but also to establish harmony between body and mind.

Have your dreams come true?

In 2019, I found myself in a difficult situation in Moscow when I was unable to leave for Sri Lanka due to a lack of work and money, plus I broke my leg. After spending time in bed, I became fascinated with drawing mandalas, which allowed me to immerse myself in memories of Sri Lanka. As soon as my cast was removed, I received a job offer and was able to return to this wonderful island.

The mandala serves as a tool for reprogramming the mind and realizing intentions. Many find love, the job they desire, or opportunities to live abroad. The principle of a mandala is simple: by repeating the same movements, you ultimately achieve a beautiful result, which subconsciously strengthens the belief that any dream can come true. This doesn't require overcoming difficulties—simply performing familiar tasks regularly. This idea brings inner peace and confidence in the future.

Can an untrained person practice meditation on their own? Are there any risks? Meditation is a practice accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. However, it's important for beginners to consider a few things. Inexperienced practitioners may experience difficulty concentrating or managing their thoughts, which can sometimes lead to anxiety. However, meditation can also be a tool for calming the mind and increasing awareness. To avoid discomfort, it's recommended to begin with simple techniques, such as observing your breath or using guided meditations. Gradually, as you gain experience, you can deepen your practice. It's important to listen to yourself and take your time so that meditation brings only benefits.

All the materials I provide in my classes and in my course are completely safe and harmless. These meditations are characterized by a calm rhythm and do not require deep concentration. If the practice includes active breathing, I always warn that people prone to panic attacks should exercise caution or skip the meditation. It is important to take care of your mental health and choose appropriate practices that suit your condition.

Hypnomeditation is not recommended to be performed unaccompanied. Entering a trance can be so deep that you may lose touch with reality and be unable to return. There have been cases of people losing their bearings and experiencing serious psychological problems.
