Course with employment: "The profession of a Methodologist from scratch to PRO"
Find out moreMethodologists, methodologists, and pedagogical designers are specialists with a unique approach to training and development. Their pursuit of perfectionism and struggle with impostor syndrome drive them to continually delve into new knowledge and explore topics that matter to them. We reached out to professionals in this field and asked them to share their experiences in 2023, as well as lessons learned from their personal lives. Their stories help us understand how professional development and life circumstances interrelate, and what they can offer other education professionals.
This year, methodologists actively explored a product-based approach and mastered generative neural networks as tools for improving their work. However, the participants' interests were diverse: from piano and fencing to stand-up comedy and sales courses on Ozon. At first glance, some of these topics may seem far removed from professional work, but, as one of the methodologists interviewed rightly noted, personal development can lay the foundation for future career achievements. :Investing in personal development often leads to new discoveries and opportunities in the professional sphere.

A methodologist and corporate trainer at Center Game, as well as the author of the Digital Tools for Creative Education channel, specializing in the use of digital tools in the educational process. My experience allows me to effectively train staff and students, implementing modern methods and technologies. I strive to develop a creative approach to teaching and improve the effectiveness of educational programs.
In 2023, I studied the use of neural networks, mastered the art of stand-up comedy, and delved into the cultural history of education. This knowledge allows me to better understand modern technologies, develop public speaking skills, and meaningfully explore educational trends. Studying neural networks opens new horizons in various fields, including marketing, art, and science. Mastering stand-up comedy helps develop creativity and confidence when communicating with an audience. The cultural history of education allows me to understand how educational methods and approaches have evolved over time, which is important for shaping future educational initiatives.
The main lesson is the importance of valuing and not discounting your previous experience. Each stage of life and work brings valuable knowledge and skills that shape your personality and professional qualities. Recognizing the significance of your past allows you not only to better understand yourself but also to use this experience to achieve new goals. Don't underestimate the lessons you've learned, as they can lay the foundation for future success and opportunities.
I took a stand-up comedy course and began performing at festivals and clubs. Numerous books have been written about stand-up and verbal comedy techniques, and from a linguistic perspective, it seems simple and straightforward for those with a liberal arts education. However, when it comes to creating text and a performance that elicits laughter from the audience, the process is significantly more complex. While it is possible to increase the "laughter" metric, this requires much more effort than working with the metrics of an educational product. Success in stand-up depends not only on theoretical knowledge but also on the ability to connect with the audience, adapt the material to their perception, and manage their emotions.
I created my own course on neural networks for beginners, based on open sources, including lectures and YouTube broadcasts, as well as scientific articles. This course will help those who want to immerse themselves in the world of neural networks and artificial intelligence, providing access to high-quality materials and up-to-date information.
I'm slowly and thoughtfully reading the six-volume "A Cultural History of Education." I talked about the book in more detail on my channel. I am convinced that visionary thinking in education and the development of innovative solutions are most effectively based on knowledge of the past, taking into account cultural, civilizational, and technological changes. Understanding historical contexts allows us to better understand contemporary challenges and opportunities in education.
The main lesson I learned from my experience came from my graduates. Previously, I worked at a school for a long time as a teacher and deputy principal, but over time, I began to underestimate the significance of this experience. Suddenly, my former students began actively sharing their memories, emphasizing how important my presence was in their school life. They talked about how the results of our joint education manifest themselves over the course of 10–20 years. I realized that this was living proof of the effectiveness of the educational process and the importance of my role in it. This experience has become a valuable reminder for me not to underestimate the importance of my contribution to education.

It's important to understand that investing in personal development directly impacts your professional achievements and can be the key to a successful career.
Of course, I'm happy to help with editing. Please provide the original text to be revised.
This year, I set a goal to develop product thinking. I started by analyzing my company's situation: I studied which products are successful and what lies behind their success, as well as approaches to working with them within teams. I prefer the method of learning through interaction with colleagues and sharing best practices, including not only successful but also unsuccessful examples, as these are the most valuable for growth and development.
I started taking the Skillbox product management course to systematize and confirm my knowledge and to determine if I'm on the right path in my career. Having confirmed that my path was generally on the right track, I decided to supplement my theoretical foundation with practical experience. This will allow me to better understand what's happening at other companies and in the industry as a whole, as well as identify additional knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a high level of professionalism in product management.
For the first task, I chose specialized Telegram channels where participants share relevant cases, thoughts, and observations. For the second task, I used a test from GoPractice, which assesses product management skills. Realizing that I have certain knowledge, but also a lot of room for growth, I felt more confident. Product management is an important aspect, but I also need to improve my skills in methodology, which is my primary role.
The lesson I learned this year is that knowledge gained from courses or books must be adapted to a specific situation and context. This process turns out to be much more difficult than it seems. When faced with real-world challenges, rather than abstract training examples, numerous input factors arise: tight deadlines, lack of resources, sometimes a lack of inspiration and feelings of burnout, as well as various everyday difficulties. Therefore, it is crucial for educational experience designers to go beyond theoretical instruction. They must create training based on real-world challenges in a variety of contexts to create an effective simulator for solving real-life cases. Hardware development should occur simultaneously with software development, as they complement each other. By delving deeper into soft skills, we lay the foundation for significant progress in hard skills and also psychologically prepare ourselves to acquire new professional knowledge. Perhaps personal development is the key factor facilitating this progress. The synergy between these two areas contributes to a more harmonious and effective development, which ultimately leads to a successful career and personal growth.

In 2023, I deepened my knowledge of educational program development, learned the principles of working with neural networks, and mastered community building and e-commerce skills. These areas allowed me to better understand modern trends and technologies and prepared me for the successful implementation of projects in education and online sales.
Energy plays a key role in achieving goals. Without sufficient energy, it's difficult to maintain motivation and focus on tasks. High energy allows you not only to effectively complete planned actions but also to overcome challenges along the way. It's important to understand that energy is not just a physical state but also an emotional and psychological state that affects our productivity. To achieve success, you need to learn to manage your energy, find sources of inspiration, and maintain a balance between work and rest. Effective use of energy will help you not only achieve your goals but also make the process more enjoyable and meaningful.
This year, I continued my studies in the Master's program at the Moscow University of Psychology and Social Sciences (MPSU) and on the Skillbox platform. My main focus in the courses was mastering the product approach. I am also independently studying the creation and development of educational communities in order to successfully implement one of my projects.
I actively research various digital technologies, including services and neural networks. Next year, I intend to continue developing my prompt engineering skills.
I studied Ozon Education materials to open a small store with original developments, and now I understand why working with marketplaces is becoming a separate profession. Effective sales management on such platforms requires a deep knowledge of marketing, analytics, and customer service. Developing a promotion strategy, optimizing product cards, and market analysis are all key aspects of a successful marketplace business.
This year, I realized how important it is to focus all my energy on achieving my goals. Sincere desire and energy significantly enhance the results of any action, making the path to your goal shorter and easier. It's important not only to invest energy but also to replenish it, periodically stopping to reflect and analyze your actions. Effectively managing your energy helps you not only achieve your goals but also stay motivated throughout the process.

It is necessary to master technologies that allow for effective data analysis and process automation. Understanding neural networks opens up new opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and increasing their effectiveness. Studying these topics will help not only in your professional work but also in developing innovative business solutions.
Imposter syndrome: how to cope with inner doubts and insecurity. This experience is familiar to many, regardless of the level of success and professional achievements. The key lesson is the importance of recognizing your accomplishments and acknowledging your own merits. Overcoming impostor syndrome requires self-improvement and understanding that self-worth shouldn't depend on the opinions of others. Use positive affirmations, seek support from others, and document your successes. This will help you build confidence and learn to accept yourself as you are. By overcoming impostor syndrome, you can not only improve your quality of life but also reach new heights in your career.
This year, I've been actively exploring the application of neural networks in my professional work. I've taken several free webinars and paid courses, and I can confidently say I'm impressed with the possibilities they offer. In 2012, I had to create illustrations for teaching materials in PowerPoint because there weren't any suitable images online, and Illustrator was too labor-intensive. At a recent project presentation for the "Longread in a Portfolio in Two Weeks" course, one participant noted that she couldn't find the images she needed. In response, the group unanimously recommended that she use neural networks. This moment clearly demonstrates that the future has already arrived, and it is significantly transforming the work of training professionals. Neural networks open up new horizons for creativity and efficiency in the creation of training materials.
I am actively studying email marketing for a new project, Nova Academy. I took a course in this area, but, frankly, I was disappointed. The course needed a more qualified methodologist and well-thought-out practice. Nevertheless, I am very interested in the topic itself, and I continue to delve into it, studying materials from open sources. This is my first serious step into the world of marketing, and I intend to develop in this field.
This year, I presented at the Learning Elements conference on the topic "Errors in Designing Practice in Courses." Despite my experience conducting trainings and speaking at conferences, I was still nervous. After my presentation, many participants approached me or messaged me on Telegram, noting that it was one of the most useful presentations at the conference.
Furthermore, I gained interesting experience writing expert articles for Skillbox Media, dedicated to e-learning courses and the work of a methodologist. With over ten years of experience in education, I often act as a consultant on various projects. However, I still had doubts: "Can I do this?" Ultimately, I managed to overcome impostor syndrome, and I am proud of this achievement.
So, my personal lesson of the year is that you need to move forward, even when it is scary.
I learned to effectively delegate tasks. Although I have been working with a team for several years, only this year did I realize the importance of trusting colleagues and sharing responsibilities. This has benefited everyone: I have achieved harmony between my work and personal life, and my team has developed significantly. Together, we have completed several successful projects that I could not have accomplished alone. The clients were satisfied with the results of our work, and there are already plans for future projects. What more could you want?

A methodologist, head of MetodLab and author of the popular Telegram channel "Methodology, cats and rock-n-roll", shares her experience and knowledge in the field of methodology. His work is focused on developing effective strategies and approaches that help solve complex problems. The channel offers useful tips and analytical materials that will be of interest to both professionals and those just starting out in this field. The main goal is to make the methodology accessible and understandable to anyone seeking self-development and skill improvement.
In 2023, I focused on targeted business development. This includes studying modern management strategies, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective business processes. I delved into marketing, financial planning, and operational optimization, which allowed me to not only improve my existing skills but also master new methods for achieving sustainable growth. Learning relevant tools and techniques has become a key aspect of my professional development, which has undoubtedly increased the competitiveness of my business.
The main lesson is the importance of focusing on long-term goals. In today's distracting world, it is important to have a clear understanding of your goals and persistently move towards them. Focusing on long-term goals is beneficial not only in your personal life but also in your professional life. It allows you to avoid short-term temptations that can distract you from your true path. Maintaining motivation and discipline in achieving these goals lays the foundation for a successful future. Remember, a stable and consistent approach to your long-term ambitions is the key to success.
I'm currently developing my own methodological agency, and focusing on specific tasks is crucial to successfully achieving my goals. This year, for the first time, I began purposefully and systematically using a business tracker—a consultant who helps executives optimize their business by improving internal processes and identifying weaknesses and growth areas. A business tracker's work is similar to mentoring, but mentors typically have specialized expertise in a specific area, while business trackers apply universal principles suitable for a variety of companies. This allows me not only to improve current processes but also to effectively grow my business in the long term.
This year, I learned important lessons based on personal experience. I tend to quickly become carried away by new ideas and projects that at first glance seem promising and interesting. However, this often leads to distraction from the main goal, which does not contribute to achieving the desired results. At the beginning of the year, I also hired a person who, like me, was not focused on key tasks. As a result, I thoughtlessly spent significant funds and was unable to achieve my planned financial results. This experience became an important reminder for me of the need to focus on key goals and a strategic approach to work.
I realized the importance of selecting the right people for my team with long-term goals in mind. It is important to always remember the main task and strive to achieve it. As a person focused on quick results, this does not come easy. However, thanks to the business tracker, I learn to divide large goals into smaller ones and enjoy every intermediate achievement, which helps to maintain motivation and focus on the end result.

In 2023, I studied HR management, humor, neurobiology, the use of neural networks, and fencing. These areas of knowledge help me develop professional skills and personal qualities. HR management allows me to better understand people management and build effective teams. The study of humor develops creative thinking and improves communication. Neurobiology provides a deep understanding of brain processes, which is useful in various areas of life. The use of neural networks opens new horizons in technology and business. Fencing, in turn, develops physical skills and strategic thinking. All these disciplines significantly contribute to my development and help me achieve my goals.
The key lesson is in implementing change correctly. Effective change management requires a strategic approach and a clear understanding of the process. It's important to consider the needs of the team and the organization, and plan for potential challenges in advance. Successful change implementation begins with a clear vision and clear communication, which helps build trust and reduce resistance among employees. Using methods such as training and team engagement facilitates a smoother transition and increases the likelihood of achieving the desired results. Paying attention to these aspects can significantly improve the effectiveness of the change implementation process.
This year, I studied HR management through internal corporate online training. As part of my self-study, I researched the impact of humor on team communication, and I recommend the book "Humor is Serious." I also studied neuroplasticity and its impact on change in life and in the company, based on the book "The Neurobiology of Change: Why Our Brains Resist Everything New and How to Tune It for Success." I analyzed various case studies, courses, and approaches to using artificial intelligence in education. I also took up fencing, which is a great way to develop both mental and physical skills. From personal experience, I realized that burnout is a real problem that requires attention and professional support to maintain mental health. In the work context, I realized that successful change implementation requires sound data, a clear action plan, and an understanding of the stages of change. It's important to remember that flexibility has its limits, and endless changes can lead to confusion. It is recommended to wait until the previous change is complete to assess its impact and understand what worked and what didn't.

A methodologist and educational consultant, as well as the author of the Telegram channel "Online Learning Laboratory", offers expert opinions and practical advice on online education. The channel discusses current topics related to distance learning methodologies, innovations in educational technologies, and effective strategies for teachers and students. By subscribing to the channel, you will gain access to useful materials and recommendations that will help improve the quality of online learning and make it more effective.
In 2023, I delved into data analytics and data-driven decision making. I also focused on educational program design and instructional design, which allowed me to better understand how to effectively organize the learning process.
The main lesson is the importance of attention to detail and careful planning of labor costs. Every little detail can significantly impact the final result. By paying attention to detail, you improve the quality of work and reduce the risk of errors. Careful planning helps optimize resources, which allows for the efficient completion of tasks. It is important to consider all aspects of a project to ensure its successful implementation.
This year, I focused on self-education, studying numerous articles on learning design and reading various books. My interests cover a wide range of topics, as I run an educational channel and manage communities. I've delved into competency-based approaches, testing, student motivation and engagement, as well as the development of methodological tools and educational metrics. I've also studied the development of instructional design teams. This diversity of topics allows me to better understand modern educational trends and apply this knowledge in practice.
I've completed several courses on data analytics, educational experience design, educational outcome assessment, and curriculum development. This knowledge allows me to more deeply understand learning processes and effectively apply analytical approaches to improve educational practices.
The main lesson of the year for me is the importance of paying attention to detail. As part of my creative workshop, FrameLab, we develop methodological frameworks. When creating these tools, I adhere to a proven algorithm, which I believed would standardize the development process—from target audience surveys to metrics analysis. However, experience has shown that the time required to create a methodological tool can vary. For example, developing a framework for working with an expert and extracting knowledge for a course takes about one week, while creating a similar tool for developing case studies takes twice as long. Even though the stages of work remain the same and the number of participants in the project is the same, development times vary. This underscores the need for flexibility and attention to detail in the process of creating methodological tools.
This experience confirms the importance of considering all aspects of the task in advance. Determining the required development depth and forecasting the final result allows for appropriate planning of time and effort at each stage. As you know, it is better to prepare thoroughly than to rush during the implementation process.

Project manager of Moovs Digital, former head of the "School of Methodologists" at Skillbox, and also the author of the channel "LX notes // Education as a product". An expert in project management and educational technology, she shares her experiences and strategies for optimizing learning processes and developing educational products.
In 2023, I studied project management. This field became especially relevant, as effective project management plays a key role in achieving successful results. During my studies, I mastered methods of planning, organizing, and monitoring projects, as well as developed my communication and teamwork skills. Project management helps optimize resources and time, which is especially important in a modern business environment. A deeper understanding of this area allows me to more confidently approach project implementation and achieve goals.
The main lesson is the importance of prioritization. Effective time and resource management is impossible without clearly defining priorities. When we focus on the most important tasks, we increase our productivity and achieve our goals faster. Proper prioritization helps avoid overload and stress, allowing us to focus on what really matters. The ability to prioritize key tasks and let go of unimportant ones is a skill that must be developed to achieve success in both personal and professional life.
In 2023, I began my career at a Dutch EdTech company, where I expanded my responsibilities to focus on project management across both educational products and platform solutions. To further my skills, I completed Google's Coursera Project Management Certification Program. The course was comprehensive and covered many aspects, including budgeting, stakeholder management, and the fundamentals of intercultural communication. He helped me identify areas for further development, improve my professional English by mastering specific terminology, and gain confidence in my knowledge and that I have significant experience and understanding of the profession.
The learning took place both within the context of work processes, including coordinating deadlines with clients, planning the team's workload, and allocating project budgets, and in my free time—learning Dutch.
The main lesson I learned is that you can't do everything—you need to prioritize correctly. This process takes time and practice, and I continue to improve in this area.

The methodologist of the educational bureau "Rozetka" specializes in the design of educational events. In his work, he develops and implements unique programs that promote effective learning and development of participants. A professional in creating innovative formats, the methodologist takes into account current trends in the field of education, allowing him to create events that meet modern requirements. His experience and knowledge help organize events that not only inform but also inspire participants to further develop.
In 2023, I studied creativity and developed my visual acuity. These skills have become key for me, allowing me to better understand trends and create unique content. Creativity requires not only the ability to generate ideas but also the ability to implement them, which became an important aspect of my training. Visual acuity, in turn, helps me analyze and evaluate visual and textual formats, which contributes to the creation of more attractive and targeted content. As a result, the knowledge and experience gained in these areas have significantly enriched my professional arsenal.
Maintaining mental health is a key aspect of well-being and quality of life. Mental health affects our behavior, emotions, and overall ability to cope with life's challenges. It's important to recognize that taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Regular practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and physical activity contribute to a better mental state. Connecting with loved ones and seeking professional help during difficult times also play a significant role in maintaining mental balance. Recognizing the importance of mental health helps prevent stress and depression, thereby contributing to a more harmonious life. Taking care of your mental health should be a priority for everyone.
I took a course at Bang Bang Education on developing bold ideas. The program is aimed at creative professionals, and there were no participants from the education field. This course opened new horizons for me, providing a unique experience and useful tools. I realized that it is possible to create interesting solutions in education using various approaches and methods.
This experience inspired me to develop a program dedicated to the study of observation in methodological work. I've spent significant time exploring my own experiences, creating a personalized track through interactions with experts, attending various events, watching lectures, and participating in workshops. This has allowed me to gather a wealth of ideas and inspiration that I plan to apply in my professional work. The main lesson of this year, based on personal experience, is the importance of maintaining mental health. In the new year, I set a goal to become stronger for myself. I realized that when I lose faith in myself, I start self-criticizing instead of focusing on opportunities and actions. This is a terrible state that I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you're experiencing something similar now, know that you're not alone, and I support you. Mental health is the foundation for achieving goals and realizing your potential.

The Head of Academic and Product Management at Step by Step is responsible for the strategic management of educational programs and products. He coordinates the work of the team, develops and implements innovative approaches to training, and analyzes market needs. His responsibilities include creating high-quality content and optimizing educational processes to achieve high student outcomes. The position requires a deep understanding of educational trends, project management skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve academic performance.
In 2023, I studied product management. This process involves managing a product's lifecycle, from its conception to its launch. I learned key aspects such as user needs analysis, product strategy creation, and methods of working with development teams. The knowledge I gained allows me to effectively plan, develop, and improve products, focusing on the needs of the target audience. Product management is becoming increasingly important in modern business, and I am glad I was able to deepen my skills in this area.
Hybrid work is becoming increasingly popular, and its convenience is the main lesson we can learn from this experience. The combination of remote and office work gives employees the opportunity to flexibly plan their time and optimally distribute their efforts. This approach contributes to increased productivity, a better work-life balance, and a reduction in stress. Many companies note that the hybrid model helps attract and retain talented professionals because it allows them to adapt to their individual preferences. It's important to keep in mind that successful implementation of a hybrid format requires well-organized processes, effective communication, and the use of modern technology.
This year, I began transforming my role at the company, moving from managing the academic unit to a product owner position. This requires mastering new competencies and overcoming new challenges, so I'm actively studying product management and its development. I especially enjoy Valeria Rozova's product management program. Feedback is very important to me, which is why I decided to participate in the mentoring program at LLLab. I was assigned a professional in people and process management as a mentor. We established a warm rapport, which significantly supports me as I transition to the next stage of my career.
I continue to read actively and regularly update my knowledge of children's education. I find the most helpful in recent research, as well as children's and young adult fiction, which may seem unexpected. These sources of information enrich my experience and allow me to better understand children's needs and interests throughout their learning process. Working in a hybrid format has been a new and exciting experience for me. Processes and efficiency have changed significantly, which has been a real challenge, especially after more than a decade spent in school hallways and in-person meetings. At first, I struggled with adapting to the new work style, as I had to learn to structure my calendar and optimize my interactions with colleagues. I often felt the urge to organize in-person meetings, as they seemed faster and more productive. However, over time, I realized that thorough preparation for such meetings makes them much more effective. I enjoy the ability to delve deeper into tasks in a calm environment, without the constant interruptions that often occur in open-plan offices. This experience has taught me to appreciate new working formats and their advantages.

The Head of the Methodological Department at Skillbox is responsible for the development and implementation of educational programs. His main task is to create high-quality educational content that meets modern standards and market requirements. The Head of the Methodology Department coordinates the work of the team of methodologists, oversees the course development process, and ensures their relevance. In addition, the Head of the Methodology Department analyzes feedback from students and teachers to continuously improve educational materials and teaching methods. It is important for the Head of the Methodology Department to have deep knowledge in their field and the ability to effectively manage projects.
In 2023, I studied piano. This musical instrument opened new horizons and opportunities for self-expression for me. I delved into performance technique and explored various musical styles and compositions. The learning process included not only practice but also theoretical aspects, such as reading music and understanding musical harmony. Thanks to these lessons, I improved my musical literacy and developed my ear for music. Playing the piano has become not only a hobby for me but also an important step in personal growth and creative development.
The main lesson is the importance of prioritization. The ability to correctly identify what is truly important allows you to effectively organize your time and resources. Priorities help you focus on key tasks, which in turn contributes to the achievement of your goals. In a world of constant information flow and numerous distractions, the ability to prioritize is especially important. This not only increases productivity but also reduces stress, allowing you to focus on what really matters. Effective prioritization is the key to success in your personal and professional life.
This year, I began learning the piano. At first, I studied in a group, and then switched to individual lessons with a teacher. This opened up a new world for me, where, as in designing a learning process, adhering to certain principles and rules leads to the creation of something amazingly harmonious and aesthetically pleasing. I am very interested in delving into the structure of music and observing how new neural connections are gradually formed, which is an important aspect of learning and skill development.
Experience shows that prioritizing tasks is key to achieving success. I have always recognized the importance of this process, but often, instead of setting priorities, I looked for tools to complete all the necessary tasks. However, trying to do everything at once is unrealistic. Without conscious prioritization, tasks can be subconsciously allocated, resulting in a shift in focus to less important projects. To avoid this, it's important to independently prioritize tasks that truly require attention and resources. This will ensure the successful implementation of the most significant projects.

Marketing Methodologist at the Skillbox Faculty of E-Commerce
Within the Skillbox Faculty of E-Commerce, the marketing methodologist plays a key role in student training. In 2023, I studied the 4C/ID models, the use of neural networks, analytics, and psychology. These areas of knowledge help me better understand learning processes, develop effective educational programs, and use modern technologies for data analysis. Knowledge of psychology allows me to better understand user motivation and behavior, which is especially important in the context of the use of neural networks and analytical methods. The 4C/ID model, in turn, provides a structured approach to designing educational materials, which promotes more effective learning and skill development.
Proactivity is a key factor in successfully achieving goals and effectively solving problems. It is important not only to react to circumstances but also to anticipate possible challenges and opportunities. A proactive approach not only helps you avoid negative consequences but also initiate positive change. Developing a proactive mindset promotes greater responsibility for your actions and choices, which ultimately leads to an improvement in your personal and professional life. Proactivity develops the ability to anticipate situations and take action in advance, which significantly increases the chances of success.
This year, I completed studying the 4C/ID model and delved deeper into designing using this methodology. I also took courses in product management and production, which allowed me to look at the product from a new perspective. Understanding the methodology is key, but it is equally important to evaluate the product's effectiveness in terms of metrics and sales.
I watched webinars on analytics and measuring learning effectiveness. These specialized topics helped me better understand the nuances where I had been lacking. Now I feel more confident in applying analytical methods to evaluate educational processes.
I am currently taking a mini-course on using generative neural networks, which is a useful step towards automating work processes. I'm also taking a course for psychologists on working with emotional dependency. Although I'm not a practicing psychologist, I have an undergraduate degree in this field, and this topic is of great interest to me.
This year, I've realized the importance of soft skills and a proactive approach in life. Previously, I experienced a strong fear of public speaking, presenting my ideas, and launching initiatives. However, this year, I managed to overcome this barrier by participating in the Methodologists' Club and serving as an expert in a webinar. I realized that the lack of immediate feedback on ideas isn't a reason to abandon them. On the contrary, it's an opportunity to rework them, reimagine them, and try again. Developing communication skills and self-confidence has become a key factor in my success.
