Practical course: "Online tutor"
Find out more"VK Board"
Certain limitations apply to the free plan. However, this service provides all the basic functions at no cost.
A Russian-language interface is available.

This tool is part of the VK WorkSpace ecosystem of digital collaboration products. It is available to all users with a VK ID account.
The service offers a variety of templates, including mind maps, customer journey maps (CJMs), and the Tic-Tac-Toe game. It supports importing boards from Miro, making it a convenient tool for collaboration. It includes all the necessary tools: for typing text, drawing, creating tables and diagrams, and placing sticky notes. Users can upload their images and documents to the board, comment on the content, and leave reactions as emoji. A built-in timer is also available for effective brainstorming sessions or problem-solving within a time limit.
For effective collaboration, you need to share the board with other users with a VK ID via a special link. This will allow them to not only view but also edit the board's contents. However, it is worth noting that flexible access rights settings are currently not available. Therefore, before inviting students or webinar participants to a prepared board, it is important to consolidate all key elements to avoid unwanted changes during the lesson.
Yandex Concept
The free plan of the service has certain limitations. However, this plan remains completely free, allowing users to take advantage of the basic features without incurring any costs.
A Russian-language interface is available.

The Yandex 360 office services ecosystem has launched a new online whiteboard, developed on the Pruffme online learning platform. Although the product is currently in beta, it is already available to all users with a Yandex account. The whiteboard offers a variety of useful features that can significantly simplify collaboration and learning.
To get started, a variety of ready-made templates are available for collaborative planning, process management, and idea generation. Several drag-and-drop board games, such as checkers and chess, are also available. The platform supports importing boards from third-party services, including Miro, simplifying the integration and use of existing projects.
The Concept service offers users a wide range of functionality for working with text, drawing, attaching notes, and creating diagrams from geometric shapes. Convenient settings allow you to change the background color and board layout, view version history, and roll back changes. Tools include a timer, table builders, and mind maps. Users can upload images, documents, and presentations to the board, as well as leave comments. A unique feature of Concept is the ability to create slides, allowing you to organize separate spaces within a single project and easily switch between them. When working together, you can customize participant access, restricting or allowing transitions to other slides. This approach makes Concept an ideal tool for teamwork and effective project management.
To collaborate with colleagues, you can invite them to your team by providing their email addresses. This allows each participant to create and edit shared boards. External users who are not team members can obtain "guest access" via a special link, which is accessible even without a Yandex ID. The board creator has the ability to set access rights for all "guests" simultaneously or individually, determining whether they can edit the content or only view it.
Unidraw
The free plan of the service has certain limitations. Although it is completely free, users may encounter some limitations in functionality.
The Russian-language interface is available.

The tool was developed by T-Bank for internal needs of its employees, who were looking for a replacement for a foreign service that had left the Russian market. In July 2024, access to this service was opened to the general public. To register, simply provide a phone number or use T-ID, Yandex ID, or VK ID.
This tool offers all the necessary features for efficient work. You can draw, enter text, create diagrams from geometric shapes, and add stickers. Data transfer from Miro and the ability to upload images from your computer are supported. A timer is provided for organizing group work. If you need to concentrate, activate "Zen mode," which removes all interface elements from the canvas. However, the tool currently lacks commenting and reaction features.
For ease of use, created boards can be organized into folders called projects. Registered users of the service can be invited to each project, allowing them to seamlessly collaborate with you on shared boards. Alternatively, you can grant personal access to an individual board without adding the user to the project. Access can also be granted via a link. In this case, the board creator determines user rights (viewing or editing), the need for authorization in the service, and the link's expiration date, including the date and time. This ensures flexibility in access management and effective collaboration.
MTS Link Boards
The free plan limits users to three boards per account. This allows users to familiarize themselves with the platform's functionality without exceeding the established limit. For more active use and access to additional features, we recommend considering paid tariff plans.
The Russian-language interface is available.

The MTS Link ecosystem of online communication and collaboration tools was created based on the popular digital solutions of Webinar Group. Earlier this year, a new service, "Boards," was added to the product line. This tool is primarily designed for corporate users, but the free plan includes three online boards and all the service's features. MTS Link offers convenient collaboration capabilities, making it an ideal choice for teams looking to improve the effectiveness of their communications.
This tool offers the necessary set of features for effective work: the ability to draw, print text directly on the workspace and with colorful sticky notes, and place shapes and uploaded images. For user convenience, special tools for quickly creating mind maps, as well as tables, emoji stickers, and cards that help track processes using the Kanban methodology, are available. In the personal account, you can choose from ready-made templates, such as those for brainstorming or problem analysis, as well as the ability to import your own boards from Miro. All boards have a timer, but comments and chat are missing. The developers recommend using "Boards" in combination with the MTS Link Meetings video conferencing service. This functionality provides convenience and efficiency in collaboration and project management. There are several ways to organize collaboration on an online board. The first method is to add new members to your team. After registration, these members will be able to create shared boards for collaboration with colleagues. Each project can have individual access settings: the board creator can completely close it to others or allow viewing only. The second method, which is ideal for webinars and online lessons, is to invite users via a unique link, which eliminates the need for registration. In this case, you can also set access rights, determining whether participants can edit the board's contents or only view it. These features make online whiteboards a convenient tool for collaboration and learning.
"Whiteboard"
The free plan has certain limitations: users can only create one whiteboard, cannot upload images, and cannot save a whiteboard as a PDF. Paid plans start at 595 rubles per month, and payment is available with Russian cards.
A Russian-language interface is available.

This is a domestic development known as sBoard. The online board has a Russian-language interface and is officially registered in the Russian software registry.
The platform offers many useful features that are especially suitable for teachers and instructors working in the exact sciences. It offers the ability to draw various geometric shapes, including three-dimensional models, function graphs, and diagrams. This can be especially useful in physics and chemistry lessons, where elements of electrical circuits and structural formulas of chemical compounds are available. A virtual keyboard with a set of special symbols is provided for conveniently composing mathematical formulas. Furthermore, the sBoard platform is compatible with graphics tablets, which improves interaction with the educational material.
Standard tools are available, such as text input for working on the board, the ability to draw lines, use an eraser, and place virtual sticky notes. Certain objects on a board can be pinned, preventing them from being deleted or moved, and making them invisible to other users. These features allow you to effectively organize your workspace and improve team collaboration.
The free version of the platform limits users to creating only one board. Image uploading is available exclusively to those with a paid plan. Access to the board is via a link, but all participants must register. The board creator can invite other users and configure access rights for each of them, granting them only the ability to view or edit content.
Miro
The free plan has certain restrictions: users can create a maximum of three boards per account, and there is also a limit on the use of artificial intelligence features.
The Russian-language interface is not available.

Previously, this service was one of the most popular tools for collaborative work with real-time visualization. In March 2022, the company decided to cease its operations in Russia, which made it impossible for Russian users to purchase a paid subscription. However, the free version of the service continues to function, providing users with access to basic collaboration and visualization features.
Users can easily type and draw on a virtual whiteboard, similar to a classic whiteboard. All participants have access to the Smart Drawing feature, which transforms hand-drawn shapes into regular geometric forms, such as rectangles, circles, triangles, and diamonds. Even the free version of Miro offers a variety of templates for various tasks: from tables and diagrams for planning to questions and mini-games that promote team bonding. Users can leave reactions and comments, use stickers, and upload files from their device or via a link. Miro also includes built-in AI tools that generate images, diagrams, and text on demand, support Russian, summarize comments on whiteboard content, and remove backgrounds from images. These features make Miro a convenient tool for collaboration and creative work.
The free version of Miro has certain limitations. Users can create a maximum of three whiteboards per account and have a monthly limit on AI features. Additionally, collaboration requires adding other participants to your team. This means that each participant in your online training will need their own Miro account to access your whiteboard. They will also be able to see and edit other whiteboards, which can be convenient for regular groups, but can be challenging if you frequently host webinars or online trainings for different audiences. It's important to consider these limitations when planning your events to ensure effective engagement with participants.
Web Whiteboard offers a simpler alternative without the need for registration. Developed by the same creators as Miro, this service has limited functionality compared to the full version of Miro. Please note that the created board will only be available for 24 hours, but you can save it to your Miro account if you still have the limit of three free boards.
Witeboard
Certain restrictions apply to the free plan of the service. However, it is worth noting that this tariff is completely free, providing users with the opportunity to use the basic functions without any costs.
At the moment, there is no Russian-language interface.

The service offers a minimalist interface, including only the basic visualization tools: pencil, line, text, and eraser. Users can choose a dark theme, which can be enabled independently of other participants. A shape recognition function is also available, similar to Smart Drawing in Miro, which automatically corrects drawn elements, giving them the correct shape. Such a simple yet functional set of tools makes the service convenient for effective collaboration and creativity.
Registration is not required for either the board creator or participants who connect via a link. The created result is saved in PNG format. However, it is worth noting the drawback: the board may take a long time to load, even with a stable internet connection.
BitPaper
The free plan has certain limitations: users can create only one board per month. However, work on existing boards is unlimited. Any unused limit on creating new boards is automatically carried over to the next month, allowing you to plan your service use more effectively.
There is no Russian-language interface.

This tool offers extensive customization options for your whiteboard, including choosing a background color and layout. The interface is intuitive and includes all the necessary standard tools, including the ability to upload images and PDF documents. One of the key features is the ability to create equations and draw lines at the desired angle, which is simply done by activating the ruler icon located next to the pencil button. BitPaper also offers a wide selection of shapes, allowing you to add musical notes, animal silhouettes, and other graphic elements to the board. Various options are available for managing objects on the board: you can completely prohibit their modification or only block deletion, which allows you to move objects and resize them. This tool is ideal for educational and professional purposes, providing flexibility and ease of use.
To create a board, you must register, but the free plan allows you to create only one new board per month. The advantage is that invited participants do not need to create an account - they can collaborate simply by following the link. A full board lock feature is also available, allowing other participants to view only the content. However, you can allow all users to interact with the content, leaving drawings and notes, making the process more dynamic and convenient for group collaboration.
Stormboard
The free plan has certain limitations. Users can create up to 5 boards on their account, and each board can accommodate a maximum of 5 participants. All invited users can edit content, but viewing mode is only available for paid plans.
The interface is not available in Russian.

Stormboard is an interactive platform resembling a wall or corkboard that can be used to attach sticky notes, images, and other visual elements. One of Stormboard's key advantages is its extensive library of templates designed for a variety of tasks. Users can easily create mind maps, plan projects, and design thematic collages. This functionality makes Stormboard an ideal tool for teamwork and creative thinking, allowing you to visualize ideas and organize information effectively.
The main board, known as Storm, can accommodate an unlimited number of sticky notes, images, and documents. Freehand drawing and text entry are also available. If the Stormboard becomes too busy, Whiteboard can be used to capture important ideas. It provides a clean white space with basic drawing and text tools, allowing you to conveniently organize and structure information.
The free plan allows you to use five Stormboards, each with up to five participants. All users receive content editor rights, making it important to pin key elements to the board to prevent accidental deletion. Registration is required for both the administrator and other members.
Mural
The free plan has certain limitations: you can create no more than three boards on your account. There are also no flexible privacy settings, which means that invited users can either view content or edit all of your boards.
There is no Russian-language interface.

Mural isn't for minimalists—it offers a wealth of features that make it similar to Miro. Users can take advantage of hundreds of specialized templates for idea generation, task planning, problem analysis, and project development, including course scripts and video storyboards. Mural also offers a simple virtual whiteboard that users can fill out themselves. Familiar tools are available: tables, images with a built-in search engine for quickly finding and adding images, shapes, icons, text blocks, and drawing tools. Mural also features a chat, allowing users to leave comments on objects on the board. This functionality makes Mural a powerful tool for teamwork and the creative process.
Facilitator functions play an important role in managing interactions on the board. By default, this role is assigned to the board creator, but facilitation rights can be delegated to any participant. The facilitator controls the tools available to participants, for example, limiting their use to text only. Additionally, it can set timers, organize polls, and pin objects to the board. These features help effectively manage the collaborative process and ensure structured interaction between participants.
In the free version of Mural, users can create three boards simultaneously and invite an unlimited number of participants to collaborate. After registration, invited users will have access to all boards in your workspace and will be able to edit their content, making Mural an excellent tool for teamwork and collaborative creativity. For online lessons or webinars, you can invite participants as "attendees." In this case, registration is not required, but they will not have access to content management on the board. Mural provides flexible collaboration options, making it an ideal solution for educational and professional needs.
Conceptboard
The free plan has certain limitations. Only the creator of the board can manage its content. In addition, a maximum of 100 objects can be placed on one board, with a total size of no more than 500 MB. The number of invited users who can join the board is limited to 50, which limits the possibilities for collaboration.
The interface is not available in Russian.

Conceptboard makes creating a task-specific workspace simple and intuitive. The platform offers a variety of templates and elements, such as blocks of various shapes, tables, and diagrams, which can be easily dragged and dropped from the menu. Users can easily upload files from their computer, including JPG and PNG images, PDF documents, and Excel spreadsheets, by simply dragging them onto the board. Conceptboard also supports convenient clipboard management: if you copy text, simply press Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V on macOS), and a sticky note with the text will appear on the board. This functionality makes Conceptboard ideal for collaboration and visualizing ideas.
Using this platform, you can post videos, chat with participants, and leave comments on board content. This creates opportunities for active interaction and exchange, making content more accessible and engaging for all users.
The free version of Conceptboard allows you to create an unlimited number of boards, but each board can accommodate a maximum of 100 objects, including uploaded files, text boxes, and shapes. Lines, drawings, and handwritten notes do not count toward this limit. The maximum file size for uploaded files is 10 megabytes, and the total size of all uploaded files must not exceed 500 megabytes. Users can invite up to 50 participants to a single board, but their role is limited: they can only be visitors (who can view the board) or commenters (who can leave notes, draw, and upload their own files, but cannot edit existing content). This version is suitable for online classes with students, but its functionality may not be sufficient for full collaboration with colleagues.
