Since the magic in this game - fire, ice, air, and so on - is extremely destructive, in most cases, shooting at your own people here leads to the immediate death of the main character or an allied character. But that's what makes it fun!
In 2015, Magicka 2 was released on PC and PS4, which, however, did not bring almost anything new to the familiar gameplay. But it remained as fun as the first part.

Of course, this isn't a miracle cure for difficult levels, but experimenting with the available tools shouldn't be neglected – a risky gun with high damage and minimal range allows you to quickly end the most difficult phase of the battle, and weak homing bullets, although they will slow you down, will allow you to focus on dodging.
Although Cuphead is primarily aimed at single-player, it can be played with two players – albeit only locally. Subjectively speaking, this simultaneously adds and reduces difficulty: on the one hand, two characters on the screen mean even more confusion, on the other hand, you can resurrect each other right during battles if you react quickly.

However, there is no one left to liberate them: in 1980, BJ suddenly disappears, and his daughters, Jess and Sophie, set out in search of their father, which leads them to occupied Paris. There, they almost immediately connect with members of the local resistance and begin a systematic fight against the Nazis.
If you decide to play the game solo, one of the daughters will be controlled by an AI—quite passable, it must be said. However, the real fun comes in co-op, when two players coordinate their actions to defeat common enemies and bosses. And exploring locations together is much more interesting. By the way, there is something to explore: the level design in this shooter was worked on by the Arkane studio, known for the Dishonored series and the adventure Prey, where the ingenuity of the level design was one of the main advantages.

You can select cards before the start of each level. Artificial intelligence can also use these cards, but directs them against players.

When the developers added the ability to play together in the first Original Sin, many had a question: how would this fit with the freedom of role-playing? As it turns out, it's a wonderful thing—Larian's designers used co-op to recreate the feeling of playing a tabletop role-playing game with a good group of friends and a competent dungeon master. Their ideas work, among other things, because they anticipated conflicts between players and created specific mechanics for them: the rock-paper-scissors game designed to resolve disputes in the first Original Sin, and the opportunity to compete with your party members for the right to become the chosen one in the second game. For fans of such fights, Original Sin 2 even has a separate mode: in it, players are divided into two teams and fight each other in special arenas - so there will be something to do even after completing the story campaign.

В одном из режимов игроки, в одиночку или с друзьями, пытаются пробраться внутрь таких крепостей. В другом — занимаются строительством аванпостов, которые затем будут брать штурмом другие игроки.
Аванпосты — место крайне опасное. В них можно расположить множество ловушек и разместить очень опасных противников, которые сделают путь к ценному ресурсу невероятно сложным. Впрочем, обойтись совсем без возможных дорожек к материи игра не позволит: каждая создаваемая крепость проходит проверку перед тем, как становится доступна другим игрокам.
