- implement the book project within two years of winning;
- in any publication of the project, indicate that it received publishing support from Polycopies & Co;
- reserve up to five copies of the book for member benefactors of the association and the Polycopies & Co archive without the right to commercial use;
- permit Polycopies & Co to use two photographs for the purpose of promoting the grant for five years after winning.
