The project explores the important topic of gender roles in the family. The idea of ​​searching for "new fathers" arose in the context of the need to rethink traditional notions of family responsibilities. In modern society, the roles of men and women in raising children and managing the home are changing. We seek to understand how new models of fatherhood influence the dynamics of family relationships and what benefits they can bring to both children and fathers themselves. Four years ago, I had a child, and this event prompted me to study the diversity of family models. I began to think about how the institution of family is transforming today and how traditional foundations are changing. In modern society, we see significant diversity in the forms of family relationships, opening new horizons for understanding the role of family in human life. Changes in society, such as the recognition of same-sex marriage, the increase in single-parent families, and the growing number of people choosing to live together without being officially married, challenge traditional notions of family. These transformations are intriguing and require in-depth analysis to understand how they impact child rearing and shared family values. Recently, there has been a significant shift in the role of fathers in child rearing and homemaking. Traditionally, men were perceived as breadwinners and heads of families, while women focused on household chores and child care. However, modern fathers are increasingly becoming active participants in their families, assuming not only financial responsibilities but also responsibility for the upbringing and care of children. This trend toward equality and shared responsibility is inspiring and opens new horizons for family relationships. Exploring these changes provides a deeper understanding of how family dynamics change and how this impacts parenting and relationship harmony.

I intend to support him in difficult times and be there when needed. The main thing is to teach my son to perceive the world in a way that doesn't make him regret his choices. I see this as my role as a mentor, and this is how I feel my responsibility.

Changes are usually not welcomed by everyone and often become the target of criticism.

The creation of this project was inspired by the observed generational conflict. Many older people, such as grandparents, often express dissatisfaction with equality, arguing: "A man shouldn't do women's work." During maternity leave, I didn't always have time to clean or cook, and I consider this quite normal. However, my husband's mother held a different opinion. She believed that I should have time to do everything myself, and after work, my husband should simply be fed and allowed to rest. Through this project, I strive to convey to society that times have changed. Fathers should be actively involved in raising children and solving household issues on an equal basis with mothers. This approach promotes harmony in the family and creates more equal relationships between parents.

The project began with an idea that arose from an analysis of the needs of the target audience. We aimed to create a product that could solve existing problems and improve the quality of life for users. At the initial stage, we conducted research, collected feedback, and gathered suggestions, which formed the basis for further development. A team of developers and experts joined forces to turn this idea into reality, and since then the project has been actively developing, taking into account current trends and market demands.

The first photo was taken by chance. It shows my husband ironing and our daughter in the kitchen. I took this shot as part of a homework assignment for a photography course, where the theme was a combination of blue and pink. However, I was so captivated by the subject that I continued to think about it and soon realized the need for a full-fledged project.

Finding heroes for our project was an important and interesting task. We used various methods and approaches to find people with unique stories and experiences. First of all, we turned to social media and specialized platforms where potential heroes could share their experiences and achievements. We also conducted interviews and surveys to uncover compelling stories and inspiring examples.

It was important not only to find the subjects but also to ensure their stories would resonate with our audience. We sought out people who had overcome adversity, achieved success, or done something meaningful for their community. This process not only enriched our project but also enabled us to create authentic and touching narratives that touch viewers' hearts.

The main criterion for the project was that the participants should be actively involved in their family's daily lives, not just talk about it. Finding suitable subjects proved challenging, as many of them, especially men, are reluctant to have their photos taken. At first, I photographed people I knew. However, as the filming progressed, the participants began to engage with the atmosphere, saw the results, and better understood the project's concept. This inspired them, and soon they began sharing information about the project with their friends. As a result, new heroes themselves began to contact me with offers to shoot, which confirms the success and demand for the idea.

Fatherhood is an expression of patience, love and understanding, as well as a combination of happiness and difficulties. Being a father means supporting children in their endeavors, finding time to communicate, offering advice, and instilling confidence. I strive to be a trusted mentor for my children, helping them discover their talents and succeed in what they are truly passionate about. It is important to create an atmosphere of trust where every child can develop and realize their dreams.

For example, my husband agreed to do the ironing, although for many men, such activity is perceived as "feminine." Overcoming these preconceived notions can foster more equal family relationships and improve family life.

This series features a portrait of my father, depicted with beads and children's hair ties in his beard. Initially, he objected to this image and declined to be photographed. We took a few photos with a different theme, but he soon unexpectedly changed his mind. It seems that some change occurred within him, an understanding of the idea arose, which inspired him to take part in this project.

Fatherhood represents the appearance of the most significant and valuable person in your life. It is not only joy, but also a great responsibility that carefully and pleasantly falls on your shoulders. Raising a child is a process that requires patience, love, and care. Fatherhood forges unique bonds and creates unforgettable moments that last a lifetime. Every day with a child is an opportunity to learn something new, become a better person, and strengthen family ties.

This genre also offers greater creative scope, allowing for experimentation with styles, colors, and concepts. Thus, staged photography becomes a powerful tool for conveying mood and content, making it attractive to artists and content creators.

I work as a commercial photographer, and documentary photography is a natural part of my life. In my creative work, I prefer fine art photography. My style includes staged shots, frontal composition, and the use of flash to create clear foreground and background definition. I really like this approach and it allows me to convey the uniqueness of each moment.

When shooting, I use various techniques and methods that help achieve high-quality results. First of all, attention is paid to proper lighting, as it plays a key role in creating the desired atmosphere. I often experiment with natural light and additional light sources to highlight details and create volume.

Composition is also an important aspect. I use the rule of thirds and leading lines to direct the viewer's eye and make the photo more expressive. Using different angles and shots allows for variety in the content and adds dynamism.

Working with focus is equally important. I often use a shallow depth of field to highlight the main subject against a background of blurred details, which helps draw attention to the main point. Depending on the task, I also use different lenses that allow me to achieve certain effects and perspectives.

During the shooting process, I always try to remain flexible and adapt to changes in the environment in order to make the most of the opportunities it offers.

All characters are in the center of the composition, which emphasizes their importance against the background. Their expressiveness and large size immediately attract the viewer's attention. At the same time, the background is worked out with meticulous detail, which contributes to a more profound disclosure of the characters' images. For lighting, I use direct flash, regardless of whether I'm shooting indoors or outdoors. Most of the project was shot with an 85mm lens, but indoors, I occasionally used a 35mm lens to achieve the desired shot. This approach allows us to create vivid and memorable images, focusing attention on the main characters and their interactions with the surrounding space.

For me, fatherhood is unconditional love. It is a chance to see a reflection of your childhood in your child and to remember your own life path. It's also important to note that fatherhood fosters friendship and spiritual development, as well as personal improvement.

The footage went through several stages of post-processing. First, color correction was performed to improve the color palette and compliance with visual standards. Editing then took place, selecting the best shots and creating a sequence that reflected the project's vision. Afterward, sound processing took place, including the addition of music and sound effects. Finally, the footage underwent final rendering, ensuring high-quality image and sound for further use.

It's rare to achieve a clear depiction of both the foreground and background in a single photograph. Post-production often requires stitching together two frames. In the first frame, I focus on the foreground, and in the second, on the background. Then, in a photo editor, I combine these two images. Sometimes, I shoot the background without the characters to avoid shadows. This flattens the image, which suits my preference for Renaissance style. The main principles of this era are central composition, frontal light, and characters seemingly glued to the background. This approach allows us to create unique and expressive works, in which the combination of foreground and background elements attracts the viewer's attention.

Fatherhood is an opportunity to relive childhood joys and trials. I strive to become the father I never had and to give my child the love and care I once sought. My goal is to create a supportive and warm atmosphere so that my child feels safe and loved.

For example, one of the fathers owns a dance school, where his daughter also studies. This became the basis for their shared plot. While talking to another father, I learned that the whole family is passionate about cycling. This is how the idea for the plot in which the father takes his daughter for a ride arose.

While creating the plot images, I focused on blue and pink colors, which became the basis of the visual design. After each shoot, I asked the protagonists a key question: "What does being a father mean to you?" This allowed us to bring depth and meaning to the photographs. Thanks to the fathers' sincere reflections, each photograph is filled with soul, which makes them more alive and emotional.

In most of the photographs, men are engaged in traditionally "feminine" chores, such as ironing, cleaning, or childcare. This can be perceived as a deliberate provocation aimed at breaking down stereotypes about gender roles. Such images can contribute to a change in public perception and support the idea of ​​gender equality in everyday life and upbringing. I would like to discuss gender stereotypes and try to dismantle them. In my family, there was never a division between "women's" and "men's" responsibilities. However, talking with friends, I realized that my family is an exception. Many still believe that women should do all the household chores. This was the case, for example, in my husband's family, and this makes me want to change this. I want to demonstrate that it is normal for men to do things that are traditionally considered "not masculine," or to wear a pink T-shirt. In some of my works, I deliberately choose pink for the characters; perhaps this is a kind of provocation for discussion. It is important for me to raise the issue of revising established ideas about what is right and what is not.

Fatherhood is one of the most significant events in life that comes after the wedding. It fills every day with joy and meaning. Running home to see a child's smile and hear their joyful cry upon meeting him is a priceless feeling. Fatherhood inspires me to move forward, strive to achieve goals, and improve our family's quality of life. Every moment spent with our children strengthens our bond and makes us even more united.

I love to observe how the world is transforming and how the strict boundaries between what is considered acceptable for different genders are blurring. This evolution in the perception of gender roles opens up new opportunities for self-expression.

Working on this project allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of fatherhood. I realized that fatherhood is not only a biological connection, but also emotional support, responsibility, and active participation in the child's life. Every moment spent with children shapes their personalities and influences their future. I realized that a father's role is to be a role model, a source of security, and support. Fatherhood requires constant learning and adaptation as children grow and change. This experience changed my perception of family relationships and emphasized the importance of a father's involvement in parenting. Research shows that in some cases, fathers can be more emotionally stable than mothers. They cope better with children's tantrums and have the ability to calm a child more quickly. This is noticeable in our family, too. When I face a child's tantrum, I sometimes panic myself. However, Dad comes in and helps us both calm down.

Fatherhood is, first and foremost, responsibility. A new person appears in your life, and you strive to become the best version of yourself. This process is not always easy. In addition, fatherhood gives you the opportunity to return to your own childhood, reliving vivid emotions. You find yourself with a best friend who will always support and inspire you.

Fatherhood is undoubtedly the most responsible and significant stage in a man's life. It demands attention, care, and love, as it is during this period that the foundations of a child's character and personality are laid. Every moment spent with a son or daughter enriches life and fills it with meaning.

However, today we see how they actively express their love and care. Kisses, compliments, and warm words have become everyday practices in the relationship between fathers and children. These displays of affection concern both girls and boys, emphasizing the importance of the emotional connection in the family. Thus, fathers become not only protectors but also sensitive companions in the lives of their children.
