Walking art is a unique artistic practice in which walking becomes a tool for exploring the surrounding space and self-discovery. Artists, by closely observing the world, are able to discover unusual aspects in everyday life and rethink their relationship with nature and landscape. Tatyana Mishchenko's photography project is a striking example of this approach. The artist uses her smartphone to take photographs while walking, then combines the resulting images into digital collages. Each collage is a visual story of a journey, reflecting not only physical movement but also the author's inner experiences.

Interdisciplinary artist Tatiana actively uses various art forms, including photography, digital collage, drawing, and ceramics. Her artistic practice is based on a deep study of external objects, which, over time, reveal their inner content. Tatyana participates in group exhibitions both in Russia and abroad, including in Belarus, the USA, and Italy. She has won numerous Russian and international photography competitions, highlighting her talent and professionalism in contemporary art. Tatyana's work draws attention to issues of perception and interpretation of reality, making her work relevant and significant in the contemporary artistic context.

With the arrival of a dog in my life, I discovered the practice of walking art, which has significantly changed my perception of the world around me. Now, every walk with my pet becomes not just a physical activity but also a creative process, allowing me to more deeply appreciate the beauty of nature and the urban environment. This practice not only improves your mood but also broadens your horizons, allowing you to see familiar places from a new angle.

At first, my walks with the dog were unconscious and forced, but over time they turned into a practice of deep presence in the city and the surrounding forests. This is no longer just movement, but a conscious method of exploring the world around me. The dog's paws and my legs have become tools for exploring the landscape, allowing me to better perceive the nature and atmosphere of each corner. These walks enrich my experience and help deepen my connection with the environment.

I began to study the landscape not as a static background, but as a dynamic, multi-layered text created by time, nature, and human activity. Consciously choosing the route, I explored the landscape, focusing on its key elements that have special meaning for me.

The method of mastering space was not its conquest, but contemplative immersion in it. This involves letting go of labels and preconceptions, as well as being open to pure impressions. It's important to be prepared to perceive new meanings and emotions that arise at the intersection of the inner world and outer reality. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the environment and the establishment of harmony between man and space.

Each walk turned into an exploratory expedition both within oneself and into the surrounding world. Physical movement became a metaphor and a tool for exploring inner horizons. The external landscape became a map of my emotional states and self-awareness. These moments allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of myself and the reality around me, opening up new perspectives for personal growth and awareness.

The dog, a mute companion whose perception of the world is freed from verbal constructions, became my guide into the world of reflection. Her nonjudgmental presence created an atmosphere of silence in which my inner self emerged more clearly. This allowed me to discover the "still unconscious"—the deep layers of experience and feelings hidden beneath the layers of everyday life. Interacting with her became an important step toward self-knowledge and understanding my emotions, which in turn enriched my personal practice of mindfulness and self-reflection.

The collage technique is not just a random selection of elements, but a conscious and organic way to express and analyze experience. By composing a landscape from fragments of photographs, I create a new narrative that conveys emotions and ideas. Instead of words, I use visual images to tell a story that enriches perception and deepens understanding.

The initial perception of a place is fixed in the mind, becoming part of an internal archive of emotions. During the process of collage creation, a secondary understanding occurs: I analyze the experience, identifying symbols and emotions in order to reassemble them. This is no longer a fleeting impression, but a crystallized meaning. New narratives emerging in the collage enrich the walking art practice, opening up new directions for subsequent walks.

Walking with a dog becomes not only a physical necessity, but also a significant existential and artistic practice. It is a constant dialogue that unfolds between the body, consciousness, animal, and the surrounding world. Each step turns into a ritual of co-existence, deepening interaction with space and creating a unique atmosphere for self-knowledge and creativity.
